These terms apply to the Weasy AI website, mobile applications, and all related services. Our services are currently in demo phase and are continuously being developed.

Weasy AI is a platform that generates visuals from text descriptions using artificial intelligence technology. Our service, currently in demo phase, offers the following features:

2.2 Demo Version Limitations

Weasy AI is currently in beta/demo phase. Our services are under development, and interruptions may occur or features may change.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may need to create an account to use our services. When creating an account:

You must use a strong password
You must keep your account information secure
You must immediately report unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent.

Important Information for Demo Version

Since we are currently in demo phase, the commercial usage rights of generated images have not yet been finalized. Detailed information will be provided in the full version.

Please contact us before using images generated during the demo period for commercial purposes.

5.2 Platform Rights

The Weasy AI platform, logo, technology, and design are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

6. Service Availability

Demo Version Warning

Our services are in demo phase and no warranties are provided. Interruptions, errors, or data loss may occur.

Maintenance and Updates

We may perform regular maintenance and release updates to improve our platform.

Support

Limited support is provided for the demo version. Comprehensive support will be offered in the full version.

7. Privacy and Data

Processing of your personal data is carried out under our Privacy Policy.

Your entered prompts may be used for service improvement
Generated images are temporarily stored on our servers
Usage statistics are collected anonymously
Technical logs are kept for security purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Termination

9.1 Voluntary Termination

You can close your account at any time. You can send your account closure request from our contact page.

9.2 Forced Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:

Violation of terms of service
Illegal activities
Harming other users
Threatening platform security
Providing false information

10. Changes

We may update these terms of service from time to time. When significant changes are made:

11. Governing Law

These terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
